Your Tax Break: Her Breakthrough

As we approach the end of the 2025/26 tax year, both organisations and individuals have a meaningful opportunity to maximise impact while benefiting from tax efficiency.

A contribution to the Ruth First Jeppe Memorial Trust qualifies for a Section 18A tax certificate and allows for a deduction of up to 10% of taxable income.

The Trust awards full high school scholarships to academically talented young women from under-resourced communities, providing not only access to quality education at Jeppe High School for Girls, but also structured mentorship, psychosocial support and holistic development throughout their school journey. Our aim is simple but powerful: to unlock potential and create pathways to tertiary education, employment and leadership. 

And it works! Two of our most recent matriculants received 8 distinctions each. One has been accepted at UCT for a degree in Mechatronics, and the other at Wits for Actuarial Science.

For corporates, this is more than CSI. It is nation-building. It is talent pipeline development. It is sustainable transformation.

For individuals, it is a tangible way to ensure that financial circumstances never limit brilliance.
